Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, colleagues, or students, we’re excited to host your group at the gallery! 

Plan a one-of-a-kind experience for your group and take advantage of discounted rates. Enjoy quick entry to the gallery, designated lunch spaces, and convenient drop-off and pick-up locations.

Advance bookings are required for groups of 10 or more. Explore the options below to request a guided tour or reserve admission for a self-led visit.

Third-party tours

To provide a consistent and enjoyable experience for all visitors, the Art Gallery of Ontario does not permit third parties to lead groups through the galleries. Any independent or unauthorized tours will be asked to conclude.

To help keep the gallery safe and enjoyable for everyone, please review the following guidelines before your visit: 

Group bookings are required for all adult and student groups of 10 or more. Walk-in groups will pay regular admission and won’t qualify for group rates.

Book in advance:

  • Guided visits must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance
  • Self-guided visits require at least 3 days’ notice

Group tickets only: Memberships, Annual passes, and other individual ticket types are not valid for group admission.

All sales are final: No refunds or credits for cancellations or overpayments. Tickets can’t be upgraded, exchanged, resold, or transferred.

Be considerate in the galleries: Keep pathways clear and avoid blocking entrances and corridors.

No motorcoach parking onsite: Please arrange parking independently.

Respect our space and people: Any abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward staff or visitors will not be tolerated.
